All admissions are handled by the school’s Administration Team, who are always happy to help and assist parents of new students. The school year runs from September through to June and places are often limited, so parents are encouraged to apply early.

The following steps are necessary to ensure an efficient admissions process:

1. Print and complete the new student REGISTRATION FORM which can be found by clicking HERE.
2. Attach the following:
   • A copy of the new student’s passport or birth certificate
   • 3 passport photo
   • The most recent school report from the student’s last school

3. A non-refundable Registration Fee is paid per nuclear family:

   100,000 Burundian francs for Years 7-13,

   50,000 Burundian francs for Years 5 & 6,

   20,000 Burundian francs for Nursery - Year 4.

4. The school administrators will advise on availability of spaces and subsequent entrance tests and interviews
