The Secondary School offers a UK curriculum and is an accredited centre for the IGCSE and A Level Examinations in Burundi. The King's School offers these courses through the Pearson Edexcel education board.

Using the British Curriculum as its framework, the Secondary School provides for all Key Stage 3 (Years 7 – 9), Key Stage 4 (Years 10 & 11 covering IGCSEs) and Key Stage 5 (Years 12 & 13 covering AS and A2 levels with supporting entry into worldwide universities).

We have qualified and experienced members of faculty and hundreds of students representing diverse nationalities.

The Secondary School is located in a separate, purpose facility near the shores of Lake Tanganyika and boasts some of the best facilities in the country; including two fully equipped ICT suites.
