On the 26th of February, The King’s School Language Department hosted an exciting interschool debate at The King’s School, Bujumbura. The event brought together talented debaters from The King’s School, BES, and Cubahiro School to engage in thought-provoking discussions on two pressing educational topics:
- Are standardized tests an accurate reflection of a student’s ability?
- Is online learning as effective as traditional classroom learning?
The competition showcased outstanding arguments, critical thinking, and eloquent presentations from all participants. After intense and insightful debates, The King’s School and Cubahiro School emerged as the winners of the event.
